OOC; Once the event is visible to you, you can start creating threads with those you are attending with. The threads should be kept to the stadium and should be set after or just before the game begins. You can, of course, say that you spent the night on the camping grounds but that will need to be GMed. Your wands will be checked upon arrival for security reasons, though that will need to be GMed as well. Keep in mind that there will be anti-apparition wards in place so once your character is there, they can't leave the area. Read this article for more information.
