When: Friday, Aug 24 (to Sunday, Aug 26), 11pm GMT (to 11pm GMT)
What to wear: Formal Dress Robes Only!
Special Note: should any 4th year or above wish to invite an underclassman, they MUST register the underclassman's name in the proper registration area. The Ball will be magically enchanted -- no one who does not have prior permission will be allowed to attend!!

Beginning Monday, August 27 and ending Friday September 7, the N.E.W.T.s testing area will be open to all 7th year students. The NEWTS Testing Area is located in the Great Hall, right next to the Sorting Area.
Take the NEWT level tests that you feel would be beneficial for your future career. There are no minimum to pass to graduate, but you will probably want to take some if you have any idea of getting a job later on. Once you leave Hogwarts, you will not be allowed back in.
Consult with the listing in the Library Notice Board to see what the NEWT requirements are for specific employment.
